Rolling Oldies Vintage Trailers Fall Gathering is where Trailerites come together to camp. Folks decorate their trailers for fall. We encourage costumes and trick or treating during the open House. Champoeg State Park is beautiful in the fall with many bike trails

REGISTRATION: YOU MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATIONS 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE - NOW!!!!!!!!!

-You will need to make your own reservation NOW with the link above. DO NOT DELAY on this as the park will fill up fast. Please Email Rene if you weren't able to get a spot and I can add you to the cancelation list.
-We try to fill up A Loop first, but some chose to reserve B loop which is more than fine.
-There are also Yurts available to rent
-We are going to try for the Group site this year to have an area where we all can come together.
-VERY IMPORTANT - If you have to cancel PLEASE share that with René BEFORE you just release your spot as there are many folks who may want to join that don't get in initially and would happily buy your spot from you.
-Once you have reserved message Rene and let her know you're attending with your site # so we can plan accordingly.

2025 Information:
COST: You make your own reservations through the State Park site. A separate Rally fee of $10 per trailer to cover our expenses to Host can be paid upon your arrival and check in. The Park has their own cancelation policy.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Event is October 1-4, 2026, however come whenever and leave whenever you'd like - You make your own reservation.
WHO CAN ATTEND: Anyone who wants to Vintage Trailers, Campers, Modern RV's ALL ARE WELCOME

EVENTS and HAPPENINGS THROUGHOUT THE RALLY: (subject to change)
*****All activities are for the registered Guests ONLY. The public, however, is welcome to attend on Saturday 12-3.*****
Check in with the Camp Hosts Jeremy and Rene to pay your $10 Rally fee and receive your welcome bag.
Thursday:
Check in and pay your $10/trailer rally fee to the Camp hosts to participate in the activities below.
6:30pm Left, Right, Center dice game on the enclosed porch. Bring 3 $1 bills per person to play and win
Friday:
7:00am Coffee at the Host site
1-4:00pm Craft - Self guided Fall inspired crafts. Host site #___ Bring a chair
7:00pm Campfire s'mores evening gathering done S'Morpion Style- Hosted by the Strizver's in site #___ Bring a chair
Saturday:
7:00am Coffee at the Host site
8-9:30am Pancake Breakfast, come as you are. PJ's encouraged. Held at the Host site #___. Bring a chair
Noon - 3pm Trailer park trick or treating Open House. This is a park and community event. Please consider handing out candy to the Trick or Treaters. Decorate your trailer, costumes are encouraged. Free to the public *Prizes given for best costume and best decorated trailer.
*If you would like to host an activity, please let Rene' know and we can add it to the agenda.
SWAG: Please bring a shirt, sweatshirt whatever you choose and we will heat press on this years logo shown above. Limited quantities available. Cost is $10
