2025 ROVT Fall Vintage Trailer Gathering
Rolling Oldies Vintage Trailers Fall Gathering is where Trailerites come together to camp in Historic Silverton, Oregon. Explore the bike trails, Silver Falls waterfalls, the Oregon Gardens to name a few, and decorate our trailers for fall. We encourage costumes and trick or treating.
DATES: OCOTOBER 2-5, 2025
LOCATION: Silver Spur RV Park, 12622 Silverton Rd. NE, Silverton, OR 97381 VENUE CHANGE
REGISTRATION:
-You will need to call the RV Park directly to make your reservation. 503-873-2020
-Tell them you want to reserve with the ROVT Fall Vintage Trailer Gathering (Rene Ralston) to receive the discounted rate.
There are a few extra long spots available for trailers to double up on depending on the length of both of the trailers. Please only utilize
these for site sharing as they are limited. The cost is the same but you can share the very large 60ft. space if you'd like. If you are doing
this please know the name of the person you want to share with so the Park can save the space for when they call in.
There are also Cabins and Bungalows available (first come first serve)

COST: *Discounted group rate is $50.75/night charged by the RV Park. A separate Rally fee of $10 per trailer to cover our expenses to Host can be paid upon your arrival and check in. The RV Park has their own cancelation policy.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Event is October 2-5, 2025, however come whenever and leave whenever you'd like - You make your own reservation.
WHO CAN ATTEND: Vintage Trailers, Campers, RV's ALL ARE WELCOME
POWER/WATER, BATHROOMS/SHOWERS, DOGS, FIRE PITS, POOL/HOTTUB, PLAY GROUND: See Park amenities and rules. Silver Spur RV Park
EVENTS and HAPPENINGS THROUGHOUT THE RALLY: (subject to change)
*****All activities are for the registered Guests ONLY. The public, however, is welcome to attend on Saturday 12-3.*****
Check in with the Camp Hosts Jeremy and Rene to pay your $10 Rally fee and receive your welcome bag.
Thursday:
Check in and pay your $10/trailer rally fee to the Camp hosts to participate in the activities below.
1-4:00pm Craft - Self guided Fall inspired crafts. Host site #15 Bring a chair
6:30pm Left, Right, Center dice game on the enclosed porch
Friday:
7:00am Coffee at the Host site #15
2:00-3:00pm Assemble your team and grab your favorite bowling shirt for Bowling at Silver Creek Lanes
Cost is $5/person with 6 people per lane for 1 hour of bowling will need to be sent Via Venmo to @Down-River-Trailers before 9/19/2025
$4.50 Fee for your shoe rental will be paid directly to the Bowling Alley when you arrive
Consider arriving early or staying late as they have an outdoor patio and great food/drinks.
7:00pm Campfire s'mores evening gathering done S'Morpion Style- Hosted by the Strizver's in site #13 Bring a chair
Saturday:
7:00am Coffee at the Host site #15
8-9:30am Pancake Breakfast, come as you are. PJ's encouraged. Held at the Host site #15. Bring a chair
Noon - 3pm Trailer park trick or treating Open House. This is a park and community event. Please consider handing out candy to the Trick or Treaters. Decorate your trailer, costumes are encouraged. Free to the public *Prizes given for best costume and best decorated trailer.
*If you would like to host an activity, please let Rene' know and we can add it to the agenda.
SWAG: Please bring a shirt, sweatshirt whatever you choose and we will heat press on this years logo shown above. Cost is $10
