Tin Can Tourist Membership: For this rally you do NOT have to be a member of TCT to attend. However, we encourage you to consider joining this 106 year old Vintage Trailer club. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
COST: Trailer camping Cost is $60/night and includes the taxes, fees and rally fee. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
REFUNDS: No camping refunds will be issued after June 4, 2025. Refunds will be the total less 3%. We will make every effort to sell your spot to those on the wait list if you cancel after June 4, 2025.
ARRIVAL: Absolute earliest you can arrive is 12 noon on Wednesday - PLEASE allow us time to get set up and prepared for your arrival. Use the address above for directions and follow the signs when you get there.
PARKING: If you want to park next to someone you should plan to arrive together to ensure that happens. Parking will be clearly marked. We will be parking on gravel. We have a few folks that help us tremendously during the rally and as the organizers we may have a couple spots roped off for them. We ask that you do not save spots.
TOW VEHICLES: All tow vehicles may remain with your trailer. You will be asked to hang a tag from your visor to help us identify our campers gaining access to the Private Event.

NON-VINTAGE TRAILERS: This is firstly a VINTAGE TRAILER RALLY, however we don’t want Vintage trailer lovers to miss out. All trailers are welcome. Modern trailers will be asked to park in a designated area.
TENTS: Absolutely no Camping Tents allowed at this event
POWER/WATER: The Fairgrounds has an abundance of power and water hook ups for all. You will need extension cords and water splitters to share power and water on site. If you don't need power & water please let us know when you arrive so we park you in an area that doesn't block others from access.
BATHROOMS/SHOWERS: We will have Port-o-Potties located in the camping area. Additional bathrooms and showers are a short walk, bike or drive to on the other side of the Exhibit Building. (see map link above) You will be given a map in your welcome bag when you arrive showing you where those are located.
DOGS: Your dog must be leashed at all times, your dog must be courteous to your camping neighbors (no one wants to hear a dog barking all day), You MUST immediately pick up after your pets, please no pets at any food events.
Note: We pay extra for our insurance to allow you to bring your fur babies to this event. If you or your pet cannot meet the criteria above then please consider other options.
FIRE PITS: Self-contained propane fire pits only pending any burn restrictions.
SELLING OF A TRAILER: You can place a “For Sale” sign in your trailer you certain have that option. Same fees apply weather you sleep in your trailer or not.

WEDNESDAY
Arrival and set up.
BBQ: Early bird BBQ. Hot dogs, beans, fruit and chips. You bring your own chair and beverage. We provide the rest. At the Group Area
THURSDAY
COFFEE: 6:30am We will offer coffee each morning at the Group area.
CHOWDER COOK OFF / POTLUCK: Chowder cook-off! Make a pot of your best Chowder, we will have judges who will award prizes to the top 3 winners. Others are asked to bring a side dish, salad or desert. At the Group Area. Bring a chair
FRIDAY
COFFEE: 6:30am We will offer coffee each morning at the Group area.
PANCAKE BREAKFAST: 7:30-9am Pancakes, sausage and Orange Juice served at the Group area. Sponsored by Tin Can Tourist
TCT MEMBERS ONLY SOCIAL: 7:00pm Stop by the Group area to meet other TCT Members and socialize.
EVENING TRAILER GLOW: Light up your trailers on Friday evening for a participant only walk-a-bout "open" house (optional open/closed signs provided). Stop by the Group area for DIY S'Mores.
SATURDAY
COFFEE: 6:30am We will offer coffee each morning at the Group area.
FOOD TRUCK: ?
PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE: 12-3pm (optional if you want to open your doors or not - open/closed signs provided). Free to the public to attend.
CARDS: 7:00pm Come join us at the Group Area for a fun, easy Card game. Bring 3 $1 bills for each person who wants to play. Cash winner! Bring a chair.
SUNDAY
COFFEE: 6:30am We will offer coffee each morning at the Group area.
Time to head home and reflect on what a great group of people the Vintage Trailer owners are. Please be hitched up and pulled out by noon!
