Soon after Floyd Hatfield had rounded up his hogs, Randolph “Old Ranel” McCoy was near Hatfield's pigpen and claimed one of the hogs bore his mark. Wasting no time to hear an explanation, McCoy accused Hatfield of theft and brought suit against Floyd Hatfield.
You are encouraged to embrace the Hillbilly Hootenanny theme with your trailer and decor for the weekend. Have fun with it! Do you have a moonshine still brewing? Clothesline with your unmentionables? A squabble with the neighbor?

DATES: August 15-18, 2024 (2 night minimum)

COST: Cost is $35/night and includes the taxes, fees and rally fee. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED
ARRIVAL: Absolute earliest you can arrive is 12 noon on Thursday - PLEASE allow us time to get set up and prepared for your arrival. Use the address above for directions and follow the signs when you get there. When you arrive please wait to park, we have to strategically place trailers according to size and the area.
PARKING: If you want to park next to someone you should plan to arrive together to ensure that happens. Parking will be field style. Please organize yourselves in a way that you can park, unhitch and move your Modern tow vehicle to the designated parking area in a timely fashion. Vintage Tow vehicles can remain with your trailer.
NON-VINTAGE TRAILERS: This is a Vintage Trailer only Rally.
TENTS: No Camping Tents allowed at this event
POWER/WATER: This is "dry camping" meaning there are no power or water hook ups. You many bring a generator to power your trailer but please use a flame retardant mat and have a spark arrestor on them.
There are 2 refrigerators/freezers in the picnic shelter that you may use, space is limited and please label your items.
BATHROOMS/SHOWERS: There are coin/quarter operated showers and flush toilets at the park
DOGS: Your dog must be leashed at all times, Your dog must be courteous to your camping neighbors (no one wants to hear a dog barking all day), You MUST immediately pick up after your pets,
Note: We pay extra for our insurance to allow you to bring your fur babies to this event. If you or your pet can not meet the criteria above then please consider other options so we all can enjoy this event.
FIRE PITS: Self contained propane fire pits only pending any burn restrictions.

THURSDAY
Appetizer social 5:30pm - Heavy appetizers to share. Meet and greet with the other campers at the flag pole area
FRIDAY
Morning coffee 6:30am - at the picnic shelter
Pajamas & Pancakes 7:00-8:30am - Come in your jammies and enjoy a pancake breakfast at the picnic shelter
Duck Race 1:00pm - purchase ducks when you check in
Flamingo float 2:00pm - bring and inflatable Flamingo or some other floating device for our Flamingo Float
Game night - Family Feud Game Show - The Hatfields Vs. The McCoys (encouraged to dress in your Hatfileds and McCoys best)
SATURDAY
Morning coffee 6:30am - at the picnic shelter
PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE: Saturday from 10-2:00 (optional if you want to open your doors or not). Free to the public to attend. Classic Vehicles have been invited to attend the Open House event.
Potluck Dinner 5:30pm

Time to head home and reflect on what a great group of people the Vintage Trailer owners are. Please be hitched up and pulled out by noon!
