2025 ROVT Fall Vintage Trailer Gathering
Rolling Oldies Vintage Trailers Fall Gathering is where Trailerites come together to camp at the beautiful Champoeg State Park in Oregon on the Willamette River, explore the bike trails, decorate our trailers for fall. We encourage costumes and trick or treating.
DATES: OCOTOBER 2-5, 2025
LOCATION: Champoeg State Heritage Park, 8239 Champoeg Rd NE, Saint Paul, OR 97137
REGISTRATION:
You will not be able to sign up for this gathering until April 2, 2024. You can only reserve a spot through Reserve America 6 months in advance. You must secure your own camping spot through Reserve America: Campground Details - Champoeg State Heritage Area, OR - Oregon State Parks (reserveamerica.com)
We usually like to fill up A Loop first then B Loop. There are also Cabins and Yurts available if you have family that might want to attend. SO.... COST: *Camping Cost is charged by the State Park. Rally fee $10 per trailer to cover our expenses to Host.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Event is October 2-5, 2025, however come whenever and leave whenever you'd like - You make your own reservation.
WHO CAN ATTEND: Vintage Trailers, Campers, RV's ALL ARE WELCOME
POWER/WATER, BATHROOMS/SHOWERS, DOGS, FIRE PITS: See Park amenities and rules.
EVENTS and HAPPENINGS THROUGHOUT THE RALLY: (subject to change)
*****All activities are for the registered Guests ONLY. The public, however, is welcome to attend on Saturday 12-3.*****
Check in with the Camp Hosts Jeremy and Rene to pay your $10 Rally fee and receive your welcome bag.
Thursday:
7:00am Coffee
1-4:00pm Craft - Self guided Fall inspired crafts. Bring a chair
Friday:
7:00am Coffee
8-9:30am Pancake Breakfast, come as you are. PJ's encouraged. Bring a chair
10am Bike/pet parade through the park. Meet at the Playground behind A8
7:30pm Campfire s'mores evening gathering done S'Morpion Style- Hosted by the Strizver's Bring a chair
Saturday:
7:00am Coffee
Noon - 3pm Trailer park trick or treating Open House. This is a park and community event. Please consider handing out candy to the Trick or Treaters. Decorate your trailer, costumes are encouraged. Free to the public
5pm Potluck Bring a chair
